Free Shipping Details

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Free shipping orders will go either UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery (ground) or USPS Ground Advantage. Depending on delivery address most orders within contiguous 48 states deliver within 2-8 days, ground delivery times are not guaranteed. *Shipments under 5 pounds to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for free shipping; if selected, this free shipping method can take as long as 10 to 15 days. (Free shipping offer excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands.)

 

Daily Order Processing Cut-off Times:

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Processing and shipping times are quoted in business days. Most orders placed after processing cut-off time on Fridays and on weekends will ship the following Monday.

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time / 8:00 AM Pacific Time Monday - Friday. Orders with expedited shipping methods cut-off time for same day processing is 2:00 PM Eastern Time / 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. In short - if you order before the cut-off on a weekday we are committing to pick, pack, and ship it out to you that same day with a few exceptions for drop-shipped products. We ship most products from Logan, Utah. Certain large items that are drop-shipped from other locations are excluded from this same-day order processing policy. If an item is exempt from this policy, it will be noted in the product details for that item.

We ship most products from Baltimore, Maryland (excluding drop-shipped items; see shipping details on those product's pages). Please note that adverse weather and holidays can impact delivery times.
